From inquiry to ownership. We make the process simple, transparent, and secure.
Site Visit
Tour the property in person to view available plots or send a representative to view on your behalf.
Select Your Plot
Choose your preferred plot from available options.
Conduct Due Diligence
Conduct due diligence including title and green card searches and other necessary checks.
Make Offer
Make an offer to purchase the plot.
Agreement
Pay agreed deposit and execute the sale agreement.
Payment
Settle payments as per the payment plan.
Title Processing
Title processing within 30 days after completion of payments.
Finalizing
Receive your title deed.
